1. Management is exceptionally skilled at driving employees away. A year ago, they said they planned to expand hiring; a year later, only half of the Taipei employees remain. Senior employees are leaving every month, and the company’s turnover rate is extremely high.
2. There is no overtime pay. If the company knows you intend to resign, it will make things as difficult as possible for you.
The colleagues are pretty nice.
1. The boss has an autocratic management style, immediately firing people whenever displeased, and refusing to provide severance pay.
2. The boss has no ability to make independent judgments. Whenever hearing negative comments about the product, the boss first scolds people.
3. The boss is extremely stingy, claiming that the company is losing money because of the pandemic and that everyone should endure the difficult times together. In reality, the company is making quite a profit and has not suffered losses; the boss simply does not want to pay employees bonuses.
4. Even though we are already short-staffed, the boss fires capable senior employees out of personal displeasure, making life unbearable for those who remain.
5. Meaningless meetings are held every day, directly cutting another one or two hours from our working time, and then we are pressured to meet deadlines (???).
6. The HR manager was promoted from customer service and has no professional background. No wonder they cannot recruit anyone 👀
This will only create a vicious cycle. I’ve written it out this plainly; may everyone turn back before it is too late.

Don't go!
I was tricked into attending an interview by HR, who told me the salary would be over 40,000.
But during the interview, they told me it was 36,000, and said they thought this salary offered great value for a new hire with a master's degree.
Extremely disrespectful to job seekers.

Do not come for an interview—it's simply a waste of your life. You have to wait an extremely long time, which shows that this company has very poor time management and is also highly disrespectful toward job applicants. I've never been this angry after an interview before.

Had to wait a very long time; the supervisor was extremely arrogant
The HR manager was very unprofessional
There is a coffee machine
The office is very new
The colleagues are nice; it should count as camaraderie forged through shared experiences
The boss is very autocratic and has a bad personality. They are vain, but harsh and stingy toward company employees
The company has severe unequal treatment. Certain departments have many privileges, while everyone else is treated as replaceable. There are also many surveillance cameras watching employees
The company provides a休息 space to create the impression of a startup workplace, but the head of HR and other managers take note of it. If you dare to take a break, you will be silently marked down in their minds
Overtime is mandatory, but no overtime pay is provided. If the matter goes to court, the boss will ask the head of HR to testify that employees completed the work voluntarily and were not forced
You have to flatter the bosses as much as possible; if you are not sycophantic enough, you will be fired
There are many labor disputes. The employee handbook does not comply with labor laws; being late results in double pay deductions, and severance pay is not provided upon termination, among other issues
Respect for interviewees; engineers assess logic (about 10 questions) and simple programming. A thank-you letter will be sent.
Mobile phones cannot be used in the office.
