1. Although there are SPA and beauty retail subsidiaries, the parent company is a direct-selling company—direct selling!
2. The subsidiary is constantly recruiting, and the turnover rate is extremely high. There are 3–5 new hires every month.
3. There is a three-month probation period. During the interview, they said that your salary would be adjusted after passing probation, but in practice, salary adjustments depend on the mood of the supervisor and the boss.
4. They constantly emphasize that there are bonuses and that you should not care about the base salary, but so far I have not received a single penny in bonuses.
5. An employee meeting must be held once a month. Employees have to go on stage to report the previous month’s performance; if the targets were not met, they must explain why and then declare the goals for the following month.

At the beginning of the interview, I was seated at a table right by the entrance to fill out my résumé, while having to watch every employee come and go. It felt like there was no meeting room. After I finished filling it out, I was taken to an interview room, only to find out upon entering that I would be interviewing directly with the chairman... The whole interview felt very strange. It was only when introducing the company that they said it was a direct-selling company. To work there, I would also have to provide a guarantor and a certificate of good conduct. I was completely stunned, but still quietly finished the interview. In summary, after an hour-long interview, I just felt that this direct-selling company was very strange. Anyone planning to interview there should think twice.
