After joining, basically everyone has a very good educational background. Senior employees generally have master's degrees from top universities. Teams are divided by area of expertise, with senior reviewers who then assign cases to engineers. The company's administrative division of labor is clear.
The workload depends on the period. Basically, this company does not have too many new cases, but it has a very large number of foreign applications and office action cases. During the approximately three years I worked there, I wrote around a dozen new cases, but handled more than 100 office action cases. The senior reviewers are highly capable and work very quickly. If newcomers do not improve within two years, they will either feel too much pressure to stay or become unable to sit still.
In my opinion, you should really love learning and knowledge before coming here. Your English reading and writing skills need to be very good; otherwise, you will exhaust the reviewers, who will have to revise your work until it is covered in red ink.
