It is a small company. The managers are nice, and the coworkers are friendly as well. They also give gifts or bonuses for the three major holidays. They generally do not make things difficult when you need to take leave. There are two days off each week, and public holidays are off. The salary is average, basically the minimum wage for operators. There is occasional overtime. Office staff handle more complex tasks, so there are many opportunities to learn.
The main drawback of this company is that the chairman does whatever he wants. Anything he wants has to be rushed to him immediately; otherwise, he will ask about it every day, which is unbearable. Many vendors therefore do not want to cooperate, and the company has also been unable to recruit enough staff, so the workload keeps increasing. I do not know whether the chairman is too picky or whether it is genuinely difficult to recruit people. Aside from the chairman, this is actually a pretty good company.
