They only judge people by their certifications and have no ability to see a person’s true qualities. The interviewer even arrogantly said that I should have passed N1 and asked whether I had passed an English proficiency test or something like that, yet she didn’t have the nerve to interview me in English or Japanese. My 104 résumé clearly stated that I only had N2 at the time, so if they only judge people by certifications, why did they ask me to come in and waste my time? Even if I had N1 now, I wouldn’t want to go there~
