Extremely cheap—the company even makes us recycle and reuse garbage bags.
You can only replace things once they are completely worn out, and they have to see the remains first.
There are only two restrooms. If you use the one in the office, people will give you dirty looks.
The other one is shared with foreign workers, and you have to wait nearly 20 minutes just to urinate.
The laboratory even uses 10-liter bottled mineral water as its water source.
Poor benefits: NT$300 gift vouchers, and sometimes there are none at all.
Company trips are held about once every ten years, and even then they are domestic two-day, one-night trips—and they choose cheap places in the mountains.
The boss is this stingy. Don’t be fooled into joining.
