Meals provided twice a week

Taipei office employees:

1. No overtime pay or compensatory leave for working overtime.

2. No typhoon days off.

3. Unused annual leave is not converted into cash.

4. Working on holidays—of course, you get nothing; you’re the one who couldn’t finish your work and had to come in. Also, what’s the harm in coming to the office to help send out some emails? Just make a little effort.

5. When a colleague takes leave, those who are at the company have to take over their work immediately, while also not being allowed to set aside their own work.

6. Salaries have not been adjusted for years, yet management thinks it has already treated employees very well.
