It really is just like the other reviews say—you can feel it deeply during the interview. The HR representative kept emphasizing during the interview that the boss controls everything and has issues with emotional management. I have six years of overseas sales experience, but they said it was impossible for the starting salary to match my previous one and that I could only start at 30–35K. Their attitude was also very forceful. In the end, I had no choice but to say that we were simply getting to know each other first anyway, and that there was no need to have any preconceived positions. I don't know whether to say he was just being too honest or was actually very dissatisfied with the company's culture. Perhaps he was also young and headstrong—the tone and attitude were both very forceful and somewhat cocky, which made me feel very uncomfortable... 1. Interviewed for an overseas sales position with 5 years of overseas sales experience. During the interview, I was told they were only willing to offer 27K + 1K perfect-attendance bonus.
2. During the initial interview, HR told me that the boss has emotional issues and will verbally abuse people at work. If you join, you should be mentally prepared.
3. The middle-aged male supervisor during the second interview (not sure if he was the boss) kept giving people sidelong looks throughout the interview, which was very uncomfortable.

2. There is no actual “year-end bonus,” but there is an individual “year-end performance evaluation.” For example, if you start in March this year, then in March of the following year, the company will give you a bonus based on your evaluation.

Overall, it seems to be a company that provides all the benefits it should, and it sounded like frequent overtime is not required.
Although the posted salary range was 28k–40k, my minimum requirement stated on my résumé was the midpoint of this range. After inviting me to an interview, they still informed me that they could not offer my expected compensation, which inevitably made me feel like I had made the trip for nothing (especially since I was employed and had to take time off work).
