Pros
They don't skimp on the time off they promised to provide
Cons
The base salary is very low; engineers' base salary is only 16,000
Other positions are about the same
Managers each do things their own way
The workplace feels like everyone internally, except yourself, is an enemy
You also have to deal with unreasonable customers
