The technical department is in dire straits. As long as you don’t go along with management, things won’t be easy. The managers aren’t very capable; the competent ones have either left or been kicked over to the production department. There’s no development work, so if you want to do development or research, don’t waste your time—run while you can. The company has many long-term employees, and few people post on PTT or check relevant review sites (almost none), because no one has been sued by the company yet. Aside from the technical department, all other units offer good value for their compensation.
