The factory is really clean and tidy for a CNC machining plant.
Lunch is provided. If you want a boxed dinner, you have to work overtime until 20:30.
Overtime is paid, and even half an hour can be reported. They do not delay payment.
1. The Shuangfeng lunch boxes are really greasy. You really might end up with cardiovascular disease from eating them!!
2. You must report to your supervisor before leaving work. If you are in engineering or quality assurance, your supervisor is the boss, and you must report to the boss before leaving. Even if the boss is out, you still have to call and report to him.
3. There is a morning meeting every day to go over some of the day's work. The engineering and quality assurance meetings are very long; when there are many people, they can run until 11:00.
4. The boss is very hands-on. Perhaps because they were once taken advantage of by an employee, they lack confidence and seem somewhat paranoid about being persecuted.
5. The boss does not like employees leaving work early. Sometimes, when you report to the boss that you are leaving, you may notice that the boss looks displeased.
