5. They used questions to test candidates, such as asking about international trade terms.
There is certainly a certain degree of pressure, but the company owner respects employees, the profits are also shared with employees, and the quality of the colleagues is not bad. Overall, it is an environment where people can work happily.
Some departments are understaffed, resulting in somewhat slow administrative efficiency.
