Pros: Can't think of any
1. The conditions listed on the job bank are very different from what they tell you in the interview. The job bank says it's a regular day shift, but during the interview they directly ask whether you can work shifts and whether you can be on call. The salary is so low, yet they still dare to demand so much—absolutely shameless.
2. The job involves handling hazardous substances such as flammable phosphorus, hydrofluoric acid, and chlorine gas, but none of this is mentioned in the job posting. There is also no hazard pay included in the salary. The way HR deceives people like this is truly unethical.
3. The responsibilities and authority for the position are distributed in a completely chaotic manner. It's obvious that they're trying to take advantage of fresh graduates.
I do not recommend joining this company; it's clearly out to take advantage of people.
