Basically follows the Labor Standards Act. With an employee ID, the cardholder can enter E-DA Theme Park and E-DA Ferris Wheel for free (excluding the Mystery Rooms and Sky Dream). Since there are many outsourced contractors at the outlet mall in the same venue, switching jobs is relatively easy. Employee meals are provided (but they are not tasty, and break times are short). Part-time work is possible, but if you are seeking a full-time position with career prospects, it is not recommended.

Shift work is required, and the compensation is not high. Leave is restricted during important holidays such as New Year's Eve and Chinese New Year, but compensation does not increase. Advancement is difficult, as the company prefers to recruit managers from outside, and opportunities for salary increases are limited. It may be suitable for those who do not care about compensation and are only seeking stability. If you are lucky enough to have a supervisor who rose from the ranks, they will try their best to take care of their subordinates. If you are unlucky and get an externally appointed supervisor who seeks credit and results for self-protection, you may encounter astonishingly unreasonable demands and decisions that are out of touch with reality. The company has a relatively high turnover rate. New hires have low starting salaries and no future prospects, so they cannot stay long. Externally appointed supervisors only want to claim credit and achieve results, focusing on short-term, short-sighted work and jumping ship when something better comes along. Long-term employees who have dealt with many supervisors' chaotic demands are afraid of being blamed and unable to realize their ambitions, so they dare not fully demonstrate their abilities.

The benefits are terrible: the restaurant food is awful, employees have to pay out of pocket for company trips, the bonuses for the three major holidays are just NT$200 gift vouchers, and the year-end bonus is often less than half a month’s salary. Once the six-month probation period ends, they offer an even more pathetic salary, along with various excuses to cut pay, extend the probation period, force employees to take compensatory leave instead of overtime pay, and make things difficult when requesting leave around the New Year. A bunch of long-timers slack off, fumble through their work, and pretend to be busy every day. Seriously, don’t come here and waste your time.

Occasionally, you can hear artists perform; you can enter the amusement park for free with your employee ID; you can purchase employee tickets at discounted prices; basically, all regulations comply with the Labor Standards Act; although the senior managers are not particularly capable at their jobs, they are generally easy to talk to; they do not deliberately make work-related tasks difficult; and they are tactful in dealing with people and situations.

Low salary; the employee cafeteria food is unappetizing; there are many senior employees in the company who rely on their seniority; due to staff shortages, employees are called back to provide support during long weekends, Lunar New Year, and other holidays (for duties unrelated to their original work, such as directing traffic, grilling sausages, washing dishes, collecting tickets at the ticket booth, and similar tasks); overtime comes with compensatory leave instead of overtime pay; holidays are not fixed weekends off, with days off scheduled monthly; the promotion system is not transparent; work is distributed unevenly; and although the company is highly profitable, it is completely unwilling to share the profits with employees.

Incompetent officials are in power. Once you join, unless you work in the office, you also have to be very good at currying favor with your superiors. Otherwise, you’ll be stuck drawing the same salary until retirement. Don’t believe them when they say they’ll give you a raise after six months. It’s all a lie. Once the six months have passed, they’ll fob you off with a bunch of excuses. From junior managers to senior managers, they’re all afraid of taking risks. They don’t dare take on new tasks and only want to protect their own positions. Your abilities won’t improve after joining, and neither will your salary.
